高齢者住宅新聞に「第8回　認知症ケア実践・研究報告会」の様子が掲載されました。

9月21日、全国の事業所が日々の取り組みについて発表する「認知症ケア実践・研究報告会」を今年も開催しました。

8回目を迎える今大会では、全国27都道府県約270事業所で実践されている事例の中から、広く共有すべきとして推薦された7事例が報告されました。
「あきらめないケア」と題した「愛の家グループホーム日野万願寺」は、傾眠がちで食事や水分が摂れなくなっていたご利用者に対し、医療と連携し認知症薬の中止という観点からアプローチした事例を発表。そのほか、地域の小学生との交流に注力した事例や、うつ症状の緩和に取り組んだ事例などが発表されました。

報告会後に行われた「第17期表彰式」では、優秀在所賞、優秀賞（小規模多機能型居宅介護）、ご家族満足度賞、優秀事業所賞、離職率ゼロ賞の項目で事業所を表彰。
中でも、「満室維持」「退職者ゼロ」「地域との交流実績」「全社への取組への参加」など、運営全般の観点から総合的に優秀と評された事業所に贈られる「優秀事業所賞」には、愛の家グループホーム「札幌平岡、岡谷幸町、春日部一ノ割、小平上水南、おおはる、すのまた、大坂都島中通」、愛の家小規模多機能型居宅介護「大坂都島中通」の8事業所が選出されました。

髙橋誠一代表取締役会長兼社長は、
「それぞれの事業所が、様々な創意工夫をしながらケアに取り組んでくれていることに感銘を受けました。今期も、それぞれの事業所が国内No.1をめざし、快適な環境、良質な介護を提供していただきたい。そのために、本日の会議内容を各事業所のスタッフに共有して、良い取り組みを積極的に取り入れ、素晴らしい介護をしていただきたいと考えております。」と激励の辞を贈りました。
