浦和レッズ伊藤涼太郎選手が「愛の家グループホーム春日部一ノ割」で介護の仕事を体験しました。

8月16日（火）、浦和レッドダイヤモンズ所属の伊藤涼太郎選手が
「愛の家グループホーム春日部一ノ割（埼玉県春日部市）」にて体験研修を行いました。

今回の研修は、今年浦和レッズに加入した伊藤選手の新人研修の一環として、浦和レッズ様よりオフィシャルパートナーである弊社にご依頼いただき実現しました。浦和レッズの選手が介護施設で新人研修を行うのは初めての試みとなります。

伊藤選手は、体操やボールを使った運動、脳トレ問題に参加されたり、利用者さまとの会話を楽しまれるなどグループホームでの仕事を体験いただきました。
プロのスポーツ選手と接した利用者さまは、とても嬉しそうに会話を楽しまれていました。さらに、伊藤選手と一緒に脳トレ問題に参加されていた利用者さまが、いつも以上に熱心に取り組まれる様子を見て、近くにいたスタッフも驚いている様子でした。

伊藤選手より、
「皆さまからパワーをもらったので、改めてサッカーを頑張ろうと思いました。元気で長生きしていただきたいと心から思っています。介護の仕事に初めて触れましたが、楽しいと感じました。人との接し方を学んだので、サッカーに生かしたいと思います。」とコメントをいただきました。
